Here are some answers to the questions we have been receiving.
Q. Where is the 3 day in-person program happening? A. Rolling Ridge Retreat Center in N. Andover, MA (pictured above)
Q. When is the application deadline? A. July 1, 2024
Q. When will we find out if we have been accepted into the program? A. No later than August 1, 2024
Q. How much does the program cost? A. Right now we are anticipating the cost to be $950.00. However, we are working with funding partners to bring this cost down. This is a year-long program, so when you break down the cost, it is less than $100.00 a month.
Q. Who are the facilitators? A. There are 3 facilitators for the in-person program. Maureen Sullivan, Mary Danko and Deb Hoadley. The planning team is made up of those three and Krista McLeod, Mary Etter, Jen Alvino Wood and Mike Zeller. To learn more, go to the About Us page.
Q. Who should be applying for this program? A. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and a growth mindset around leadership. We recommend having at least 5 years of successful library experience, or other work experience demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. Also, this person will be willing to apply their leadership skills at their institutions, as well as in a local, state, regional or national capacity.
