The application deadline for the Library Leadership Development Program has been extended one week. They are now due on July 17th. 

Not sure if you are leader?  Not sure if you have the skills or know how to apply the skills you have to the position you have right now, or a future position you would like?  Not sure you should apply because you are not in a position of leadership in your organization?  These may be the questions you are asking yourself as you look at the program.  The good news is that Maureen Sullivan and I have developed a strong curriculum where you will learn leadership skills, have time to reflect on how they apply to your situation, meet and share with other colleagues, and come away from the program with more confidence about yourself as a leader.

This program is designed for library staff in any position. You do not need to have a title of "leadership" to apply. Everyone has the capacity to be a leader and this program helps you discover your values, vision and strengths to be an effective leader.
