2025-2026 Library Leadership Development Program
This program will begin with an in-person retreat, followed by 4 virtual sessions beginning in January 2026 and will end with an in-person session in September. • In-person immersive retreat: November 12-14, 2025 at the Warren Conference Center and Inn, 529 Chestnut St, Ashland, MA 01721. • Virtual learning and coursework: Two-hour sessions in January, March, May, and July (dates and times will be determined based on the availability of the facilitators and participants). • In-person culminating session: September 2026 (location TBD). |

Applications for the 2025 Library Leadership Development Program are OPEN NOW!
The application will be open for people to apply for this program is open now. Deadline to submit the application will be July 7, 2025.
When you are completing the application, please be aware there are supporting documents that need to be submitted at the same time. We are asking for applicants to upload their current resume, two (2) letters of recommendation and a signed commitment form (you and your supervisor). There will be two (2) information sessions where we will answer questions about the program and the application process.
